Nicole Butterfield is a writer, educator, and consultant with over 30 years of experience in top private schools in the US where she participated in admissions and student outplacement work. As a member of HECA(Higher Education Consultants Association), she maintains a broad and active network in US boarding schools and colleges. A graduate of Phillips Academy Andover, Wesleyan University(BA), Sarah Lawrence College (MFA) and Middlebury College(MA). With a deep understanding of the admissions logic and principles of prestigious high schools and leading universities in the US, she fundamentally grasps and clearly identifies what is needed for students’ improvement. Nicole offers a rigorous, student-centered approach to the prep school admissions and college consultation process, guiding students and families to successful outcomes. She is committed to helping them pursue excellence while lowering their stress, setting realistic goals, and embracing opportunities for personal growth. She offers expert public speaking and essay writing support, from brainstorming through final drafts ensuring that her students become stronger communicators throughout the process, giving them important and enduring life skills. It gives her great joy to help each student find the best path forward.

Eileen Li is an entrepreneur and a venture capital partner who has previously worked for Fortune 500 IT companies and top-tier investment banks. She has received education in both Eastern and Western institutions, holding a Bachelor's degree from Nankai University and an MBA with a double major in Finance and Marketing from Pace University, USA, where she was awarded a full scholarship. More importantly, she is a mother who has raised two optimistic, cheerful, and independent children. Eileen deeply understands the challenges faced by Chinese parents, including the gaps in information, resources, and perspectives between Eastern and Western education systems. With her rich life experience and insights into future developments, she grows alongside parents and children, continually enhancing understanding. Eileen upholds a long-term vision, focusing on nurturing core competencies such as positive values and resilience in children, to help them adapt to and even lead in an ever-changing future.
